This design transforms an apartment with an initially unfavorable layout, where the social area, including the kitchen and living room, was disjointed. The reorganization of walls and vertical circulation has unified both spaces, giving them greater importance.

The second level has been designated as a private area, clearly delineating the functions of the apartment.
